Emergence Gardens is offering sliding scale Breathwork Sessions in the Padanaram shop. You must book on their website and be sure to select a Tuesday evening time slot. Evening time slots begin at 5:30 pm with the final appointment at 7:30 pm.

Sessions begin with an intake, then a facilitated active three-part breath where the client is lying on a supportive comfortable surface such as a mat or bed, a rest period and then a brief integration conversation if desired. There will be music as well as my intuitive guidance with verbal prompts and invitations, as well as optional essential oils and sprays to assist specific energy channels. The intention of the client is always the most important element of the work.
